SHIPPING

Shipment of products are handle with Travel & Express (Branch – to – Branch) company chosen by www.brat.clothing ensuring preferential rates for buyers and safe transportation of goods. The time required to reach a product in the hands of the buyer is usually two (2) or three (3) working days and depends on the destination.

The cost of sending a product in Cyprus is 3.00 euros.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with any item you may return it within 10 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the amount equal to the returned product value. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with their tags attached. We will not accept returns if items are damaged or spoiled.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

Return of a product because of www.brat.clothing mistake

In case a product is mistakenly sent, www.brat.clothing is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the buyer, covering in full its delivery costs, as long as the product will be sent back in his original from the factory condition. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistakenly delivery of the product and after a previous contact by mail between the buyer and the company. For all the cases, the return of the replaced product must be done with all its documents which accompanied the product (eg retail receipt..) and its full package.
